I made this blog in January 2011 and stopped using it around mid 2012. I used to be a health, fitness and weight loss blog. Don't be fooled by the name, it was a spare of the moment decision and does not in any way reflect my attitude towards my body or how people should lose weight.
I've decided to use this blog again, because I've learnt a lot about health and fitness and love helping people out- so if you have any questions at all, please ask (although keep in mind that I am not a professional, just another opinion)!
I had a lot of photos of myself up, but unfortunately they have been taken and posted on other websites, usually with tags like 'anorexia'.
I also want to post any pictures of mine that I find floating around Tumblr/the internet in the hopes that, if by some miracle they still have credit to this blog on them, when people go to this blog they find that the girl behind the photos is not 'pro ed', and in fact has not used any unhealthy methods to look like she does at all.
